Re-Bridge; Survivorship Support

This is easy - click ‘book a session’, choose a 1:1 time or group class and register! (All classes are via Zoom). You’ll receive a workbook and class link the day prior.

The main theme that runs through all classes is that, the most important relationship you’ll ever have, is the one you have with yourself. These classes are designed to bring you back to this, covering a variety of survivorship topics.

The cancer journey may break you down, but it can also ‘crack you open’. I believe survivorship coaching should be easy, accessible, relevant and interesting. Here you have that! My intention is to help you feel in control and starting to recognise yourself again in survivorship. I run regular free of charge classes for Look Good Feel Better Australia and United Kingdom and Cancer Support New Zealand - if you’ve had a cancer diagnosis from anywhere in these countries you are welcome to join! (these are run via Look Good Feel Better in AU and UK and Cancer Support NZ) - upcoming dates for these are on my booking page or via ‘Re-Knew (subscribe below!)

Re-Align; Personal Sessions

A one-on-one session is great if you prefer personal support and to implement your own survivorship plan. Some people appreciate a ‘check in’ session, or have particular areas they would like support in. Please email me for more information!

The Survivorship Aware Workplace - Starts Here! 〰️

Is your organisation prepared? I facilitate a specialised, evidence - based coaching session for corporate teams:

“Support in Action: The New Standard for a Cancer-Aware Workplace.”

Many organisations are unprepared for the moment a colleague says the words, “I’ve got cancer.” Cancer doesn’t just touch the individual — it can shake the entire workplace.

I’ve sat with hundreds of people navigating treatment while trying to hold onto their identity at work — their confidence, their place in the team, their abilities and their sense of belonging. And I consistently hear stories about management and colleagues who want to be supportive but simply don’t know how.

The way your company responds to and manages both a diagnosis and when the person returns to work is instrumental in shaping survivorship. It can be a source of strength … and it can also be a source of unintentional harm.

Today’s leading organisations are recognising that supporting employees through the cancer experience is a core part of social responsibility, not just performing compassion. It’s what it means to be a company that truly sees its people.

In this live session, I guide teams through:

·       How to respond when someone shares their diagnosis

  • How to avoid saying the ‘wrong thing’ - and what to do if you put your foot in your mouth!

  • What returning to work after cancer actually feels like

  • How to support someone’s cancer experience in the workplace and practical things you can do

  • How to deal with feeling ‘triggered’ by someone else’s cancer experience

  • How leaders can create a culture where people feel safe, supported, and genuinely seen

  • How to make your workplace a place of dignity, not discomfort

  • Ask literally any question you can think of about the cancer experience, have some myths busted and gain lots of insight!

The intention is to remove some of the perceived scariness and heaviness around a cancer diagnosis (we may even have a laugh or two!) so that you and your team have the knowledge to manage it. We’ll also talk about why someone else’s diagnosis can be triggering for us – and lose the guilt around this.

Set the standard for ensuring that your workplace is a place where no one has a cancer experience unsupported. Demonstrate that your organisation leads with empathy and responsibility.

If you’d like this for your organisation – lets connect and book a session for your team.
